The CRU US Midwest HRC price added $1 to $461. Germany and Italy both slid $12 to $407 and $380, respectively. Chinese HRC shed $10 to $340 (all in short ton). The CRU US CRC price was flat at $593 while the HDG price shed $2 to $659. The CRC – HRC differential lost $1 to $132.TSI daily prices did the following WoW: US HRC prices added $4 to $470, NE HRC gained €4 to €391 ($394.14/st $2.2), ASEAN lost $6 to $348 ($315.636/st -$5.4.) and Turkish Scrap slid $20 to $252. Platt’s pricing did the following: HRC and CRC were flat at $465 and $585, respectively; HDG added $5 to $650.
